As I am starting to get more adjusted to school I am starting to go out more and meet new people. During the holiday weekend of Chuseok which is the equivalent of Thanksgiving in the states. I visited the Gyeonbokgung palace with friends and rented the traditional Hanbok clothes. We spent the day going around the palace taking photos and also visited the Hanbok Village. This was easy to plan as there were many rental shops for the traditional wear near the palace. As for tickets, it is purchased at the palace and can be done once your arrive. There is a lot to see so it would be a full-day activity.

The next day I went to Seoul Forest which was very different. It is a huge park that is located right in the middle of Seoul with a bunch of cafes and restaurants all in the area. We also went to Lotte World and rented the school uniforms and spent the day there. There were a lot of people and the wait time for rides was really long as we were only able to go to 2 rides. But it was still a good experience to see the park.
