This weekend was a holiday so we decided to go to Jeju for the weekend. This was a very last-minute plan as we wanted to go the week before however due to our classes having conflicts we decided to go a week later. We wanted to rent a car as transportation is very limited in Jeju which is only bus and taxi. However, it is required to have a international license which needed to be applied for prior to arriving with a physical copy. Keeping that in mind we decided to book two hotels, one in the north and south. For the first 3 days we stayed in the north side and went to the DongMoon Night Market which had a lot of street food. The next day we went to a cafe/bakery that had a beautiful field of pink flowers. For our last day on the north side we went to the rainbow blocks on the coast, visited an alpaca farm, and went to a light museum. For our first day on the south side, we went to the Innisfree Tea Farm and saw the field of green tea. Then the next day, we went to Udo Island. An important thing to note is that transportation there was very limited. Since it is so small the main method of transportation is biking or a moped. However, most of us did not know how to ride a bike and we needed an international license to rent a moped. For our last day in Jeju, we went to a cafe in the morning for breakfast and class, visited the Jeongbang Waterfall, and ended the day by going to a cafe.
